Welcome to our Lake House on Beautiful Lake Chelan. Enjoy the sunshine, relaxing atmosphere, fantastic views and private deck overlooking the lake. Our home is a 2 bedroom,3 bath with a new expansive deck with glass panel railings which make you feel like you are on the water. This romantic home is located on the South Shore within walking distance (<2 miles) of 5 wineries and a 15minute drive to Historic Downtown Chelan. There is a mooring buoy for your boat or jet ski located directly in front of our dock.

Our kitchen is fully stocked and the gas grill is ready to go. The hot tub is cozy for 2 and kept at a comfortable temperature. Take a bike ride to the State Park (3.5 miles up lake) or to town (7miles). Take your boat to Manson or Chelan and walk to the wineries or have dinner at one of the many fine restaurants. Book a tee-time at Bear Mountain Golf Course (5 minutes up the hill) or at Lake Chelan Public Course or at Desert Canyon Golf Course. Take the “Lady of the Lake” to Stehekin at the end of the Lake (55 miles). Visit as many of the 30 plus wineries as you dare. Fish off the dock. There is so much you can do and absolutely nothing if you are inclined.

Please Note: Our home is NOT a weekend party place. It is meant for 1 or 2 couples to have quiet time for a week or more in a very comfortable atmosphere. We share the dock with our neighbors and ask that their privacy be respected and that you use only the left side of this rather large dock. There is parking in the garage only…. accessible via an easement road. The garage will handle 2 compact vehicles. Additional and Larger vehicles will need to park on the upper road. Please do not block the drive.

There is a one-week minimum stay with a $2000 security deposit. All quests must be listed on the Rental agreement and be over 25 years of age. Parties, loud functions or violations of the lease agreement will result in loss of Deposit.

Boating, Jet Ski Information:

It is not recommended to leave your boat or jet ski tied to the dock for any length of time. The wave action from other boats and activities on the lake can cause damage to the dock and to
your vehicle. Use the buoy available for moorage.

Note: The water level fluctuates dramatically in the off season (up to 20 feet) as the PUD controls the level of the lake. Take this into consideration September thru July.

We do have external security cameras for when our home is not occupied and noise sensors internally that track excessive levels. We do not want to offend anyone and we want everyone’s stay to be a great one.
